From start to completion, Creative Woodcraft was professional and 100% upfront with the entire project. I was provided design options for the project we were investigating - a large built in bookshelf and entertainment center project - and Mike was up front with answers to all of our questions, and took time to walk us through all the choices we could pick from. Upon start of the build, the team was quick, collaborative, and incredibly clean! I was shocked at how little debris and sawdust we had as they built and installed. One of the best things, was they didn't just take the design, and say - well this is how it's written, so we're just going with this - at multiple steps, they asked me to weigh in, confirm the design, and gave me alternatives on size, placement, color, etc - to make sure that it was 100% what we had in mind. Mike and his team did an amazing job with our home. It was a large renovation of a two family home, in total 5 bed, 3 bath, and 2 kitchens. He had excellent communication and organization throughout the whole process. Especially with renovations starting a week after having our first baby, we knew we could rely on Mike.
